You see, yesterday, I was driving to the bank to get the rent money. The sun was bright, shining in my car's windows. I began to feel weird. Like the sun was toxic. Like I was a vampire needing to get out of the sun- NOW! I pulled over and looked at my face in the mirror. It was purple!! I went inside the safety of the building Id parked at. I called my pdoc's office and my case manager called me back and asked me a lot of questions.
The next morning, i woke up and my face was still a deep red. I called my primary doctor. She wanyed to see me ASAP. She asked a million questions. By this time my hands were shaking horribly and I was chilled.My dr ran bloodwork an EKG. That was normal but my bloodwork isnt back yet. Primary called pdoc and told her what was goiing on and pdoc took me off lamictal. As of this writing the results aren't back yet. I see pdoc tomorrow at 930.

ReplyDeleteI feel dehydrated. Dreamed of swimming under water. I feel itchy. Tingly. My psych dr took me off lamictal and said to start Oxcarbazepin 150 mg this Friday. Im leary because it has the same rash warning as the Lamictal did. Being off my anti psychotic doesnt seem to have hurt so far.
