I am trying to keep busy. Have a goal. My therapist says I need a job. Well, I decided to finish my degree as a job. So I have been taking voice lessons for five months in order to audition to get back into college to be a voice major with the goal of eventually being a music teacher. I had thought the audition would be in August and now I find out yesterday that its in two weeks!! I am trying to memorize a bunch of music and practice piano because that's part of my audition, too, as a "minor" instrument. I have to keep calling people, like someone to play the piano for me while I sing. To top it off, one of the pieces I have to sing is brand new to me. I'm very nervous about all of this!

Moosie, you need to blog more! Trust me it helps to relieve some of the stress pressure.
ReplyDeleteI know this is an old reply, but I have been blogging more and you're right: It really helps!
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, my audition didn't go well which is why you don't see my posting about being in school right now. :-/
